Mike Killeen

In 1974, at age 14, Mike played his first professional performance at the Helena Civic Center ballroom for a teen dance and has never stopped pursuing music. After High School he toured the Northwest and Canada playing major clubs and warm-ups for national acts, Styx & Jefferson Starship to name a few. In 1988 he moved to Seattle, Washington and played and recorded with several original projects. In 2005, Mike moved back to his hometown of Helena and is now playing with the most talented and energetic players of his career. Presently with The Justin Case Band, Three Eyed Jack, M.S.K. Project, the Helena Blues Project which have played at Rockin' the Rivers festival in 2006, 2007 and 2018 among other venues. Other bands include Quarry Road and The Ironfront Band. Mike, a session player, has recorded guitar & vocals for numerous TV & radio spots as well as with national recording artists such as Jason Deshaw and Johnny Rawls.
