The Planning Department have requested further information from the developer referencing several items which included Traffic, Water and Residents concerns.
They have 6 months in which to respond.

The final area of land began development by Andrews Construction in August after a long pause. Involving 37 new homes all but 2 will be accessed from within the estate road layout and all due for completion by July 2018.

Use the references NT120001 and NT/900092 which have maps and documents of the development.
Although difficult to interpret there appears to be a new footpath shown on one of the plans which could connect the entire estate to the Kentstown Road.
Cedar Vale will connect up in a loop through the new development.
