The misuse of Social Media has made News Headlines again causing disgust, outrage and worry in parents. The most recent events in Navan report adult predators targeting minors online.
Back in the day some of us grew with a single home telephone wired to the hallway wall and offering zero privacy. Without free calls the monthly bill was always inspected and calls from people you didn't know in person were extremely rare.
The humble landline telephone had respect because it was heavily controlled.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said today.

The video is difficult to watch without having an overwhelming personal reaction. However, we have chosen not to publish their video over concerns about 'Trial by Social Media'. We advocate 'Trial by Jury' in the hope that our Judicial system upholds the law.
