Meet the Mentors

Lauren

What is your day job? What are you in charge of on the team?

I work in Experiential Marketing at Harley-Davidson Motor Company and get to travel all around the country running events and partnerships to support women who ride. On the Iron Angels, I organize the team, plan activities, help the students with the business side of the program, and more! Every week I learn a new technical thing with them!

Current hobbies?

Riding motorcycles, reading, drinking dirty chai lattes every day, and working on my house.

Weird cool fact about you?

I have seen Hamilton live 5 times.

What is your favorite joke to tell?

It's inappropriate to make a 'dad joke' if you're not a dad. It's a faux pa.

Tell me about yourself.

I am a motorcycle mechanic for Harley-Davidson at the Arizona Proving Grounds facility in Yucca, AZ. So for the girls, I am a "call a mechanic" and it is so fun.

I grew up at the track, racing pretty much 43 weeks out of the year, all over the country. As I got older,  I eventually became more and more interested in wrenching and wanted to make a career out of it.

I am a mom to my son Jax who also is getting into motorcycles now.

Leah

Current hobbies?

I race motorcycles (multiple disciplines, mostly road racing and flat track, among others), building stuff, photography, spending time with my family, and traveling.
