Welcome to The Invoice Maker (the "App"), operated by The Invoice Maker ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App due to analytics and advertising features.
License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business invoicing.
Restrictions: You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Use the App for illegal purposes or to harm others.
Interfere with ads displayed via AdMob.
Your Data: You own data entered (e.g., client details, invoices, logos). We process this data locally to provide services (e.g., generate PDFs).
Responsibility: Ensure your data is accurate and legal. Do not enter sensitive information (e.g., Social Security numbers) not needed for invoicing.
AdMob: The App displays ads via Google AdMob. You acknowledge that:
Ads may be personalized based on anonymized data.
We are not responsible for ad content, which is governed by Google’s policies.
You can opt out of personalized ads via iOS ATT or Google ad settings.
Our Content: The App, including its UI, code, and PDF templates (minimalist, professional, modern, classic, compact), is our property, protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, detailing data collection by Firebase Analytics, AdMob, and local storage practices.
Firebase Analytics and AdMob: Subject to Google’s terms and our Privacy Policy.
Photo Library: Logo uploads require photo library access, governed by device settings.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any reason, without notice.
Upon termination, stop using the App. Local data remains on your device unless deleted.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties.
We do not guarantee error-free operation, ad accuracy, or constant availability. Offline functionality depends on your device.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or lost profits, arising from App or ad use.
You agree to indemnify us against claims or damages from your App use, ad interactions, or Terms violations.
