About the Authors

MaryAnn Sciavillo-Lopez has written two novels in the "An Unexpected Travel in Time" trilogy. Book 3 is currently a work in progress. Book 1 - "Sail Again," is a Titanic-themed time travel novel released on the 110th Anniversary of the Titanic's sailing. Book 2 - The Gateway's Continuum, released on Nov. 1, 2023, continues the time-travel story with the main characters in Manhattan, NY. Book 3 will answer all of the whys in the characters' abilities to leap. MaryAnn recently published a collection of her short stories about ghosts, time travel, and inspirational stories in the book "Echoes From Afar." As a member of the Florida Writers Association, her short story "Scents of Heaven" was awarded publication in the FWA's 2009 Anthology compilation "From Our Family to Yours."MaryAnn has several Amazon Kindle Vella serial short stories published. She has released two short stories in two of her Citrus Writers Group anthologies. MaryAnn has also published two low-content journals - "A Writer's Notebook" and "Pay It Forward."

Mary Lu Scholl always wrote stories for fun. Then she kissed the Blarney Stone in Ireland and there was no going back.  She writes Cozies and Brozies.  The cozy series features a cantankerous old woman who is just trying to get along (well, sort of trying) but always seems to be on the wrong side of the crime scene tape. Perhaps the strongest influence of her Irish heritage is in the Brozy series (cozy mysteries with the rare male lead.)  Bernie is a handsome Irishman settled on the unofficial Irish Coast of Florida. His heritage has found him there, with a Leprechaun, Gruagach, Pu'ka and InverNessie.

Kenneth Burnett - Born outside of Chicago. I lived most of my life in River Grove, Illinois. I was the youngest of 5. From June 1984 to June 2007; I was a police officer for the Village of River Grove. During those years, I went to Triton Jr College, Governors State University, University of Illinois, Northwestern University, and Lewis University, where I received my Master's degree. I was promoted to Detective, Seargent, Lieutenant, and Deputy Police Chief. I was a Commander of the West Suburban Major Crimes Task Force and the FBI Terrorism Task Force. I moved to Florida after I retired and met my wife, Monta. Between us, we have 5 adult children, Michael Brian Tracey Jordan, and Sherrise. Hence, the grandchildren Klohie, Meladie, Alex, Rowan, Emily Madeline Lucy; Jordan Ashley Blake, and Tristen. Then add the great-grandchildren, Jayden, Troy, Aria, and Tripp.

I wanted in some way to do God's work, but wasn't exactly sure how to. I became the Grand Knight for The Knights of Columbus and St. Thomas Church and was successful in implementing various projects. Still not satisfied, I decided to write about the death and suffering of Jesus and how it impacted humankind.

I wanted to plant the seed.

I am currently playing baseball not only at the local level but nationally with various teams and living in Homosassa, Florida.

David K Giordano is from the Finger Lakes region in upstate New York. He’s written two fiction novels: Keepers of the Conscience and Watcher of the Hidden Realms, both inspired by people, places, and events discovered while traveling and scuba diving. His third book will be out soon.

Maxim W. Furek is an avid student of the paranormal. His eclectic background includes aspects of psychology, addictions, and rock journalism. He has a master’s degree in Communications from Bloomsburg University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Aquinas College. 

Maxim has written numerous rock biographies and paranormal-themed books, such as Flying Saucer Esoteric and Coal Region Hoodoo: Paranormal Tales from Inside the Pit.

His book, Sheppton: The Myth, Miracle, and Music, was featured on Australia’s Mysterious Universe.

Maxim has been interviewed on podcasts, including Exploring the Bizarre with the legendary Timothy Green Beckley, Art Bell’s Midnight in the Desert with Heather Wade, and Paranormal 60 with Dave Schrader. 

He is a contributor to Fate Magazine, Normal Paranormal, and Paranormal Underground.

Gary ZEIGER grew up in Delmar, NY, and was hooked on science fiction after watching Star Trek (the original series) at the age of 6. As a youngster, and not realizing Star Trek had just started syndication, he took up a letter-writing campaign to the network, studio, local TV station, and anyone who would listen, pleading with them not to cancel Star Trek! His love for classic sci-fi inspired him to pursue technology as a career, graduating with a BS degree in computer science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Gary has been in the technology field for over 20 years and still loves the classic sci-fi story. He resides in Jacksonville, FL with his wife Tonya, and dogs Napoleon and Apache. Sadly, the tank full of unnamed fish has gone to the great fishbowl in the sky.
