Q: How do we get ice cream?

A: Since we specialize in rural areas, we need to know where to find you. Just send us your address and we will go right to your driveway, next time we visit your area.

Q: Do you drive around the same areas?

A: The rural areas we are usually in are not usually able to hear our music from inside their homes, or maybe the speed limit is too fast. At this time, we only go to addresses sent to us. We do not go to areas that we don’t have an address for.

Q: How do we send our address?

A: Text us at 337-351-5675 or private message on Facebook!

Q: How do I know when you are coming?

A: Watch Facebook, for our route schedule (it's always pinned to the top). When your day comes, we will post a map and link for tracking at the start of each route. You can watch us drive around in real time! 

TIP** You can use the same link every time we are in-route, so you can save it or bookmark it for next time.

Q: If you are going to my neighbors and I didn’t send my address, can I still get ice cream?

A: If you get our attention, when we are in your area, we would never pass anyone up! We are looking at mailboxes, house numbers, lists of addresses, list of names, our GPS and we have a 6 year old in the truck with us. Our truck is VERY busy most of the time, so sometimes we don't see everyone, if they are not at the road and waving. We would never pass any ice cream lovers, on purpose. The best way to ensure we see you, and you see us, is to send us your address by text or private message. 

Q: Do you come to my area the same day every week?

A: No, we try to change it up. It was a request from some of the moms on our route. We chose to do it this way so if they have dance or karate that day, they don't end up missing us every week. 

Just check Facebook for our schedule. 

TIP** We post every Monday by noon. So, you can set an alarm, and be up to date on every schedule!

Q: I sent my address and you came to my house. We waited for you this week and you didn’t come. Why?

A: We make a route for each area from the addresses sent to us. If you don't send your address, we don't know if you want ice cream. We cannot assume you want us to visit every week. Some of you only want a treat once a month, some of you send us your address as soon as we pull out of the driveway! Either way is okay with us! You just have to let us know with a quick text or private message.

Q: I saw you were heading to my area an hour ago. Here is my address! What time will you be here?

A: As I said before, our bus is VERY busy when we are in route. We can’t look at Facebook comments or messages when we are on the road. Sometimes I’ll hop on and check, if we have a few miles to drive, but... we are just about, ALWAYS, lost or looking for a driveway wide enough to turn around in. LOL.  The best way to send your address is BEFORE your scheduled day, so that we can be sure not to miss you.

We answer all messages. You can message us anytime! If we are on the road,  we will do our very best to answer as soon as possible.
