My interpretation of this is if you find time during the holiday season to spend time with your family and friends, this is the best gift you can offer. In my opinion sharing the holidays with someone you love is the best thing in the world for everyone!

S.W.A.T
For this month of January our theme for S.W.A.T is to focus on trying to get people to quit smoking! We are commuted to sharing our views with the youth of american starting with our school first. As a S.W.A.T member we want to empower kids all over to be aware and knowledgeable of the harmful affects of tobacco.
