About Me

Hi! I’m Avinash Srinivas, a drum teacher who loves making music education fun and exciting. With over 11 years of teaching experience, including the last 5 years at one of the top international schools in Bangalore, I’ve had the opportunity to teaching students from more than 30 different countries.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, a Licentiate in Teaching from Trinity College of Music London, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Sunderland. I strongly believe in the power of learning by doing—and having a blast while at it! My classes are all about getting hands-on with the drums and discovering the joy of music.

I’ve even traveled all the way to LA to learn from some of the world’s best drummers, and I still take lessons from them to keep my skills sharp.

When I’m not teaching or drumming, you’ll find me reading, running, biking, or just enjoying a good workout. Staying active helps me bring my best self to the drums and my students.
