My Story
I got my first crab in June of 2020. My setup was subpar, I was consistently digging up my crabs and wasn't providing them with the nutritional needs that they needed. I started off with a 10 gallon tank, to a 20 --> 29 ---> and now a 55 gallon.
Sometime during the fall of 2020, I just popped onto Etsy and searched up "hermit crab food", and the results blew my mind. I was supposed to feed them what now? How much? What foods? It was overwhelming, and so I randomly ordered some foods that sounded good. I saw how enthused my crab was to dig into her food- she RAN to it! From then on, I swore to never feed my crabs the harmful pellets again and threw them away.
My foods and supplies are priced very specifically. I try to stay under other seller's prices but also try and make a profit if possible. The prices you are seeing reflect material costs, shipping and processing and research time/effort to prepare it. I believe that no crab should eat as my crabs once did and so I want to be able to provide foods at a reasonable price.
