Niko describes himself as “A trauma coach and spiritual instructor, who is of service to the world, and is playing his small part in the upliftment of fallen humanity and the awaken to esoteric truths of existence and consciousness to achieve self-realisation.” Niko has decades of experience as an artist, a music producer, a teacher, and has also served as a leader in community care initiatives and support.

From an early age, Niko has always had a natural inquisitiveness about the true nature of existence. Niko studied the Ancient Egyptian Mystery School System as a set of tools and instructions of requirements to be utilised and practiced in order to unlock or decipher the many codes to the hidden truths of human existence and the Universe, and also to liberate ourselves from illness and the bondage of the systems and infrastructure of modern society in which we find ourselves today. This inventory would include Universal law, ancient teachings & practices, sacred geometry, symbology, astrology, numerology, word etymology and accurate records of the past.

Niko is helping Individuals overcome chronic stress, depression, and other mental ailments from past traumas and negative programming from early formative years and life experiences and also to discover the path to opened consciousness and an expanded experience of the excellence of human life, reaching a super conscious blissful state, known as ‘Nirvana’, the God conscious awakening from within the soul involving chakra activation and Kundalini awakening.

Debra 'Pan Diva' Romain is a pioneering Steelpan Vocalist and cultural ambassador with over 30 years of performance experience. She blends the hypnotic tones of Caribbean steelpan with powerful, classically trained vocals, offering a genre-defying act loved by audiences across the UK and Europe.

Widely respected in the music and Carnival scene, Debra has graced stages at Opera Holland Park, Glastonbury Festival 2025, Royal Festival Hall, and Notting Hill Carnival. A respected radio personality, she is a DJ on Portobello Radio and the host of 'The Happy Hour' Caribbean music show. She served as CEO of the Notting Hill Carnival Pioneers Festival from 2019 to 2025.

Pan Diva also hosts & curates The Reggae Experience open-mic series at The Tabernacle Carnival Village.

Workshop - "The Magic of the Steel Pan"

This is an immersive cultural journey that brings the vibrant world of Caribbean steel pan music directly to your audience. This engaging workshop blends education, entertainment, and mindfulness to showcase the remarkable versatility of this unique instrument.

The experience begins with an interactive introduction where participants explore their preconceptions about the steel pan through guided discussion. Debra 'Pan Diva' Romain then takes audiences on a captivating journey through the instrument's extraordinary history—from its origins in Trinidad & Tobago as an act of musical resistance and innovation, to its evolution into a globally celebrated instrument central to Caribbean culture and festivals like Notting Hill Carnival.

Through personal storytelling, Pan Diva shares her three decades of performance experience, including adventures with the renowned Mangrove Steel Band, unexpected moments from stages across Europe, and the challenges and triumphs of being a pioneering female arranger in the carnival scene. This intimate segment includes audience Q&A, creating genuine connection and engagement.

The workshop then transforms as participants experience a live steel pan demonstration. Pan Diva performs energetic calypso or soca pieces, demonstrating how the instrument's carefully arranged notes create its distinctive sound. Where feasible, volunteers are invited to try their hand at playing simple rhythms, bringing the joy of steel pan music into their own hands.

In a powerful shift of energy, the workshop culminates in a steel pan sound bath—a meditative experience that reveals the instrument's lesser-known therapeutic qualities. Participants are guided through a mindfulness exercise as Pan Diva plays resonant, gong-like tones that wash over the audience. This immersive sonic journey showcases how the steel pan transcends its carnival roots to become an instrument of reflection and calm.

The session concludes with group reflection on the dual nature of the steel pan—both celebratory and contemplative—and provides resources for continued exploration of this remarkable musical tradition.

Workshop 2: Breaking Free - A Practical Workshop on Emotional Healing and Living Your Own Life. This workshop guides participants on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing, drawing on both ancient wisdom and modern understanding. The experience moves through four key stages: shifting from victim to creator consciousness by taking full responsibility for your life; recognising and breaking free from external conditioning that has shaped your choices; understanding your emotional wounds and protection patterns; and experiencing deep healing through the Head-to-Heart process. This ancient approach to emotional freedom helps participants reclaim their power, understand their conditioning, heal their wounds, and step into authentic self-expression.

Shungite Specialist

Cassie Limb is co-author of the comprehensive guide "SHUNGITE: Expect Miracles" and has dedicated nearly a decade to working with and transforming lives through specially enhanced shungite compounds.
