I made the decision post-pandemic to pursue the goal of knowlegde for anatomy after my own shoulder injury made me realise how little I knew about my own body. Over the past 6 years in Edinburgh, I’ve trained and worked as both a fitness instructor and sport therapist working with athletes and general population.
I began by leading fitness classes, then launching my first massage clinic alongside study to become a sport therapist. Since then, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience treating clients in my dedicated clinic space encompassing a large variety of conditions or problems.
I volunteer with a neuro-physio practice, working with a variety of groups from MS, parkinsons, strokes and wheel chair users. This continues to teach me about adjusting my practice, ensuring the person recieving treatment is central to everything I do.

I am currently studying my 4th year at Queen Margaret to be a Sport Rehabilitator, this degree provides me with a much more hands on approach to physical therapy, both in the gym or on a treatment bed. I bring a realistic attitude to science, all the healthcare; without feeling like your in a doctors office! I take great pride in my work, love working with each individual to pinpoint where I can share my experience.
I cycle/walk everywhere, I keep healthy by being as active as I can daily, always seeking new challenges with some faves; Pilates, yoga and generally rolling around at home with calisthenics and body-weight based exercises, I only have one rule to keeping fit - consistency is all that matters.
