Regional sidepots. Evenly distributed. 

RULES -

1. Yearly $150 nomination fee. Only pay in the year you plan to run. 

2. NO SIDEPOT ENTRY FEE. NO LATE FEE. 

3. 90% payback of ALL enrollments. 10% will be used for admin fees and advertising. 

4. Payouts based on number of horses enrolled in each region. Not number of horses at a particular event. You may run in as many incentive events as you like and are not limited to your region. 

5. Payout will be made to the name on the enrollment form only. 

6. No region can have more than 1 sidepot per state. This helps keeps things within a reasonable distance for all. This will be reevaluated if the program grows to the point of having one sidepot per state in its district with numbers that dictate more events. 

7. As enrollments grow, so will the sidepots. With 50 or less enrollments per region we will award 1 sidepot. for 51-100 enrollments there will be 2 sidepots, 101-150 is 3 sidepots and so on. 

8. Want the gelding sidepot at your favorite race? Just post a suggestion in the comments and we will take this in to consideration. We want to hear what you have to say. 

9. This is only open to geldings!!! This incentive is to help support responsible choices within the industry and to give you another great reason to own a gelding. A gelding is defined by this incentive as a male with both testicles removed. 

10. Papers or vet statement with the horses name need to state “gelding” clearly. 

11. No refunds for any reason. Including but not limited to transfer of ownership, injury, or death. 

12. Times are pulled from an open race only. 

13. This incentive is a 2D with a .75 split. (Room to rework division breakdown if less than 8 entries).

14. Sidepot times will be based off the fastest time in the sidepot. Not in the open. This means the 1D incentive winner will determine the 2D split time. 

15. Any age gelding is welcome! 

16. Enrollments must be paid at least 7 days in advance of the event you are entering. 

17. Enrollments are good for 1 calendar year being January 1st to December 31st.

18. Currently payments can be sent and received via check or PayPal (4% fee for PP as this is a business account). We are working on Venmo.

19. The Gelding Incentive is hosted by AER Performance Horses LLC & Resilience Equine. We reserve the right to adjust payouts as required by entry numbers. Payout will never be less than 90% of a regions enrollments.
