The Game of Castle

The app "the Game of Castle" is developed by NIJ Works via Actions on Google and Dialogflow API, and hosted on systems provided by Google. When you use "the Game of Castle", you are also using the Google Assistant, and the Google Privacy Policy describes how Google collects and uses data about your use of the app. You may wish to consult Google’s documentation regarding what information is shared with your Google Assistant and how to delete your Google Assistant activity. The app-specific privacy policy is described below.

What information do we collect?

By using actions in "the Game of Castle", general information such as server and HTTP logs, data transmitted by the Actions on Google API and usage information (number of users, geographical location, device type) is automatically collected by Google.
Conversational information is collected and retained for each session. All of contexts are reset for each separate invocation. Neither the information you sent to the app nor what specific responses the app sent to you is accessible by NIJ works from Google.
No personally identifying information about the use of "the Game of Castle" is accessible by NIJ Works.

How do we use the information?

The information collected during each conversation is used to provide services to users during that session and applicability of "the Game of Castle".
Accessible log information is only used for debugging and improving users experience.
Users can change or delete their data by deleting Google Assistant activity.

What information do we share?

NIJ works does not share the usage information with any third parties.
Information security is maintained by Google infrastructure.
