Welcome to Game Machine, an immersive and revolutionary console that transports you to a world beyond virtual reality. By accessing or using the Game Machine console, including any accompanying game packs or game cubes, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as "Developer," "You," or "Your") and Game Machine Inc. ("Game Machine," "We," "Us," or "Our").

Acceptance of Terms By using the Game Machine console, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms or policies, you must not use the Game Machine console.
Developer License 2.1 Grant of License Subject to compliance with these Terms, Game Machine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to develop, test, and distribute games and applications (referred to as "Content") for use with the Game Machine console.

2.2 Game Cube To utilize the Game Machine console, you must acquire a valid "game cube" from Game Machine. The game cube enables the Game Machine console to run and execute the Content developed by you.

Content Development 3.1 Compliance with Guidelines When developing Content for the Game Machine console, you agree to comply with Game Machine's guidelines and specifications provided by us. These guidelines ensure the optimal performance, compatibility, and safety of the Game Machine console.

3.2 Intellectual Property Rights You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to develop and distribute the Content. You retain ownership of your Content but grant Game Machine a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Game Machine console.

Game Packs 4.1 Portable Versions Game Machine offers portable versions of the Game Machine console in the form of "game packs." These game packs allow users to enjoy the immersive gaming experience outside the designated Game Machine rooms.

4.2 Distribution and Pricing You have the option to distribute your Content as game packs. Pricing and distribution terms are subject to separate agreements between you and Game Machine.

Prohibited Conduct While using the Game Machine console, you must not: 5.1 Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. 5.2 Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game Machine console. 5.3 Engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized activities. 5.4 Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code that may disrupt or damage the Game Machine console. 5.5 Use the Game Machine console to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.
Termination Game Machine reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Game Machine console at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Machine and its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game Machine console.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Game Machine and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game Machine console, your Content, or any violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
Modifications to Terms Game Machine reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the Game Machine console or other means.
