This course will set students up for success in any future biology class. It builds a strong foundation and understanding of biology. Students will explore a wide range of topics such as the cell cycle, heredity, mitosis vs. meiosis, and natural selection. They will also learn to identify cell structures, understand ecosystem factors, learn about the body's many systems, and much more.
This course covers the basics and fundamentals of public speaking and World School debate. This allows students to get a base knowledge of these topics, which they can build off of. We will be using financial prompts that students must research. This will not only teach them how to build fact-supported cases and write logical speeches, it will also allow them to learn good financial habits and lingo.

This course covers how to write a creative story from top to bottom. Students will learn how to start, expand, and end a story, and so much more. This is a great course that includes many hands-on activities and opportunities for students to grow. At the end of the course, students will have learned how to captivate an audience with an entertaining story that is not only unique but well-constructed.
This course covered all the basics of writing a captivating story. We were able to teach 25 students from 3rd to 8th grade successfully.
