No account. No sign-in. No personal information is collected by The Fresh Groceries from you as an app user.

Cart items, recent searches, and app preferences you manage are stored locally on your device. This page explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your data, including how Google AdMob advertising works in the app.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

The Fresh Groceries is built to help you browse grocery categories, products, offers, search, cart, checkout, and theme settings — with a smooth shopping experience. We designed this app so you can use these features without creating an account, without signing in, and without sharing your personal contact details with us. Protecting your privacy is a core principle of this product.

The Fresh Groceries displays sample grocery catalog content for browsing and demonstration within the app. Product names, prices, images, and offers shown may include sample or demonstration data packaged with the app.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following from you as an app user:

• Your name

• Your phone number

• Your email address

• Your home or mailing address

• Your date of birth

• Government identifiers (SSN, ID numbers, etc.)

• Photos, contacts, or camera data

• Precise GPS location

• Payment card numbers, banking credentials, or checkout identity data

No sign-up, login, OTP verification, email verification, social login, or registration is ever required to use the app.

3. Information Stored On Your Device

To support your grocery experience, The Fresh Groceries stores the following locally on your device only:

• Cart items and quantities

• Recent search terms

• Coupon codes you apply in the cart (when used)

• App settings (such as dark/light theme preference and language selection)

• Demo checkout / order confirmation state created on your device

Sample grocery products, categories, banners, and offers shown in the app are packaged with the app or loaded as display content. Your cart, searches, and preferences are not uploaded to our servers and are not linked to your identity as an app user. Data you manage in the app remains on your device — we do not receive it as personal user profile data.

4. Local, On-Device Processing

The Fresh Groceries is designed for local processing. Core features — including home browsing, grocery categories, product details, search and filters, cart, checkout, offers, and profile settings — run on your device using locally managed state and preferences.

Your cart, recent searches, and preferences are not sent to our servers for storage or processing. You can browse the sample grocery experience without signing in.

An internet connection is needed for loading remote product images (when available), displaying advertisements through Google AdMob (see Section 6), and if you choose to open external links such as support email or help resources.

5. Data Display and Sharing

All products, categories, prices, offers, cart, and preference screens displayed in the app are read from on-device content and local app state. If you share screenshots or information through your device’s standard share options, that sharing is handled by your device and the app you choose — we do not receive copies of shared content unless you explicitly send it to us (for example, by email).

You are responsible for keeping any exported or shared information secure.

6. Advertising

The Fresh Groceries may display advertisements through Google AdMob to help keep the app free to use. Ad formats may include banner ads and full-screen interstitial ads shown when you navigate between sections.

Google and its advertising partners may collect and use information such as your device’s advertising ID, approximate location (derived from IP address), app interactions with ads, and technical device data to deliver, measure, and improve ads. This data is handled according to Google’s policies, not stored by us as a personal user profile.

You can limit ad personalization on your device through:

7. Third-Party Services

Core app features run on your device. The app does not send your cart, recent searches, or preferences to external conversion or cloud account services.

Google AdMob may be used to serve advertisements. Image CDNs may be used to display product or category artwork. When you use optional actions such as sending email to support or opening a web link, those actions are handled by the respective platform or app you choose — not by The Fresh Groceries collecting additional personal data from you.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The app itself does not use browser cookies. We do not operate our own analytics or cross-app tracking services within The Fresh Groceries.

Advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may use identifiers permitted by your device and Android settings to measure ad performance. We do not build personal profiles about you based on your in-app grocery browsing beyond what is required for ad delivery through AdMob.

9. Network and Permissions

The app requests only the permissions it needs to function:

• Internet access — required for loading product images and displaying advertisements through Google AdMob

• Network state — used to check connectivity for image and ad loading

• Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob for ad delivery and measurement on supported devices

We do not request access to contacts, camera, calendar, SMS, microphone, biometric authentication, or precise location. There is no sign-in or account permission prompt when you open the app.

Your locally stored cart, recent searches, and preferences remain on your device during normal app use.

10. Data Security

Because we do not collect personal information or account credentials from you as an app user, there is no personal login profile that can be compromised on our servers. Your cart, recent searches, and preferences remain on your device unless you explicitly share content outside the app.

You can clear all locally stored app data at any time through your device settings.

11. Children’s Privacy

This app is intended as a grocery browsing and shopping utility. It is designed so that personal information is not required from children or adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Product names, prices, categories, and offers in the sample content are for demonstration and information within the app experience.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Because we do not collect identifying information about you as an app user, there is no personal account or profile to delete on our side. You can fully reset your app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage:

Settings → Apps → The Fresh Groceries → Storage → Clear storage

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored cart items, recent searches, and app preferences from the app’s private storage area.

13. Grocery Content Disclaimer

The Fresh Groceries provides a grocery catalog, offers, cart, and checkout experience. Product details, prices, categories, and offers shown in the app may include sample or demonstration data. Availability, pricing, and delivery details in a real store may differ.

The Fresh Groceries is an independent application experience. Always verify real-world product and pricing information from official sources when needed.

14. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the revised version will be available within the app on this screen. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
