FoxWorkz is more than happy to work with clients under 18 years of age with parental guidance.

The parent must send in a clear image of their face along side a legal ID before we can begin the purchasing process.

Refunds

FoxWorkz does NOT do refunds on fursuit heads or parts. unless an item does not fit or something is seriously wrong upon arrival, in which case I can refund up to 50% of the cost not including materials cost depending on what the damage is.

I do however do full refunds on non-fursuit merchandise under 75$ if the item arrives broken, very scratched or scuffed, torn, or otherwise damaged.

If you need to cancel a fursuit before its completed, let me know ASAP as once ive started the suit I can no longer offer a refund of any amount. But I can offer to send the unfinished  fursuit to you. 

FoxWorkz Has the right to terminate a commission at ANY time if you harass, become sexual or otherwise threaten me during the duration of the commission.

If I terminate a commission I will NOT give a refund of any amount no matter how far into your order I am. you will also be immediately blacklisted.

FoxWorkz takes 18+ commissions on art and fursuits.

FoxWorkz will ALWAYS require valid ID for all orders on anything NSFW.

However I will NOT draw or make anything feral. This includes drawing feral genitals on fully anthro characters.

Please note that there are pets in the home and near the workspace, if you are allergic or worried about a possible reaction I recommend you NOT to purchase from me. Safety is very important to me.

Warranty

all my fursuits have a 6 month warranty. anytime within those 6 months you can send the fursuit back to me for free repairs or washings. However you do have to pay shipping both ways.
