Founder, The Focus Lab

I’m Adarsh, an educator based in Gurgaon, and an alumnus of IIT Delhi (IIT JAM AIR 174). My journey into teaching began with a simple realization most students are capable of achieving much more than their results show when they receive the right guidance and learning environment.

Over time, I noticed that many students work hard but still feel stuck because concepts are rushed, doubts remain unresolved, and exam strategy is rarely taught properly. The Focus Lab was created to address this gap — a place where understanding comes before memorization and confidence grows through consistent practice.

I personally teach Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for Classes 9–12, helping students prepare for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, and board examinations through a structured approach that builds from fundamentals to advanced problem solving.

My Teaching Approach

Every student learns differently. Some need stronger basics, some need structured practice, and others need help converting knowledge into exam performance. Classes focus on:

• Clear conceptual understanding from basics to advanced level

• Step-by-step development of problem-solving skills

• Training for accuracy, speed, and exam pressure handling

• Regular feedback so students always know their progress

The aim is not just completing the syllabus, but helping students become confident, independent learners.
