🌿 Session Bookings

• All sessions must be booked in advance with full or partial payment.

• Payments made for confirmed bookings are non-transferable to another person without prior approval.
  
  

🌸 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session without any charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• If Flying Monk Soul Awakening cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  
  

🌌 Refunds

• For first-time clients, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied after your very first session.

• Package bookings or discounted sessions are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
  
  

🌟 Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed sessions.

• Missed sessions due to client’s delay or non-attendance.

• Services already rendered.

Online Sessions

• Technical issues from our side will qualify you for a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

• If technical issues arise from the client’s side (poor internet, device issues, etc.), rescheduling will be at the discretion of the therapist.

Results Disclaimer

• Regression and hypnosis therapies are subjective experiences. While many clients report positive results, outcomes may vary for each individual.

• Therefore, no refunds will be provided based on perceived effectiveness of the session.
