Veronica Olnes is the owner operator of The Flour Bed. When possible, the fruit that she uses in her baking is locally grown and hand picked in Nebraska. The eggs that she uses are laid right on her farm. Veronica takes pride in supporting local small businesses to help supply the ingredients that she uses in all of her baking.
