MasterCard

Working for MasterCard, we helped them develop new products for their future products business, launch them into the market, and implement them for clients. 

Client challenge: MasterCard saw Open Banking as a potential threat to their cards business and wanted to develop solutions for Open Banking. However, they did not have the in-house skills available to define the products and rollout strategies.

Our solution: We worked closely with the product owners to define products and the implementation teams to develop detailed implementation manuals for field implementers and walked them through the first few implementations.

Achieved results: We successfully rolled our two new products to the customer base in Poland. MasterCard were very and the clients were extremely happy with the products and how easily and with minimal disruption they were implemented.


Virgin Money

Working with 10X this project is a true testament to our ability to deliver flexibly. We helped Virgin Money transform their payment systems by implementing cloud based payment systems. These efforts resulted in more reliable payments systems, an increased product range and significantly improving the Virgin Money business performance. 

Client challenge: the end client wanted to update their payment systems to the latest technologies and increase the scope of their payments to include new methods.

Our solution: We worked closely with the client to understand their requirements and prioritise them in the context of their customer’s needs

Achieved results: We defined and managed the requirements for the end client ensuring that the business needs were prioritised in terms of benefits to the business so that requirements giving quickest payback were implemented first.


Nat West

Nat West– The bank was required to move all its accounting and payroll away from a legacy Walker system on to a modern Oracle R12/R13 solution. Our task was to plan and manage a phased change from the legacy system to the new one.  


Client challenge: NatWest business was being impacted by legacy systems which were expensive to maintain and difficult to change but they had 10+ million customers live on the system!



Our solution: We worked closely with the client to identify a third party solution from Oracle and then ran the programme to implement it across the various sub divisions.



Achieved results: The Oracle solution was implemented successfully across all divisions and branches across the globe. Third parties were managed to ensure quality solutions were developed and delivered on time and any defects were quickly resolved without impacting the business.
