You can browse tournaments, player statistics and frame data without creating an account. In that case, we collect no personal data. Your preferences (language, theme, favourite game) are stored only on your phone.
Account (optional): name, email address and password. Passwords are encrypted by our authentication provider (Google Firebase); we never see them.
Anonymous usage statistics: app opens, player searches and pages viewed, linked to a random device identifier. They contain neither your name nor your email.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or payment card details.
Only to run the service: to create and secure your account, improve the app and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not show targeted advertising.
Google Firebase: hosting, database and authentication.
Authorities: only if required by law.
Player statistics and tournament results come from public competition data provided by start.gg through its official API. If you appear in these results and want information removed from the app, contact us.
Account data is kept while your account is active.
Anonymous statistics are kept for up to 24 months.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored by Google Firebase.
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) and, if you are in the EU, the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to workimy.support@gmail.com.
Creating an account is reserved for people aged 18 and over. Minors can use the app without an account.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
To delete your FGC Hub account:
Send an email to workimy.support@gmail.com
Use the subject: "Delete my FGC Hub account"
Send it from the email address linked to your account, so we can verify it is you.
What is deleted: your account (name, email, password) and all data linked to it.
What may be kept: anonymous statistics, which cannot identify you, and any records we are legally required to keep.
Timeframe: your account is deleted within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email.
