Rental payment Tracking:

A client is currently renting out one of her condos and needed a simple way to track how much the tenant has paid toward rent. While I wouldn’t typically recommend allowing rent to be paid off over such a long period, this approach made it much easier for both of them to clearly see what’s been paid and what’s still owed.

Handling it this way, rather than using paid software, also helps both the client and the tenant save money.
