By downloading, installing, or using The Feed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
The Feed is a card-based simulation game where you experience life as a social media influencer. The game contains mature themes including:
Social media culture and its effects on mental health
Fame and its consequences
Satirical commentary on modern internet culture
The App is intended for users aged 12 and older.
You may purchase unlimited access to individual seasons
These purchases are permanent and non-consumable
All Access Monthly: $2.99/month - Access to all current and future seasons
All Access Yearly: $9.99/year - Access to all current and future seasons
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Modify or create derivative works of the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and the overall design, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED-INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
