By placing an order with The Favor Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all custom orders. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
2. Custom Designs
All favor designs are customized based on the client’s selected theme, colors, and preferences. While we strive to match your vision as closely as possible, minor variations may occur due to product availability and creative interpretation.
3. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is based on order size and complexity. Rush orders (less than 7 days’ notice) may be accepted based on availability and are subject to an additional rush fee.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after production has begun are not eligible for refunds. If a cancellation is made prior to production, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of The Favor Studio.
5. Order Changes
Any changes to an order must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date. Changes requested after this timeframe may not be accommodated.
6. Pickup & Delivery
Clients are responsible for confirming pickup or delivery details. Delivery fees may apply based on location. The Favor Studio is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the order has been picked up or delivered.
7. Product Safety Disclaimer
Some items included in party favors may contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard. These items are not suitable for young children without adult supervision. The Favor Studio is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of products.
Additionally, some favors may include food or candy items that could contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, or gluten. While we do our best to be mindful of allergen concerns when notified, The Favor Studio cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and is not responsible for allergic reactions.
8. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to review all order details, including quantities, customization, and event dates, prior to final confirmation.
9. Photography & Marketing
The Favor Studio reserves the right to photograph completed orders and use images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
10. Agreement
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
