The Teacher Hub is designed to support educators implementing The Fairy Garden Series in classroom, homeschool, or enrichment settings.

Each lesson in the series combines narrative storytelling with structured, standards-aligned learning materials. This space provides guidance on pacing, standards alignment, instructional flow, and planning tools to help you confidently integrate the lessons into your instructional framework.

Whether used as a standalone enrichment unit or woven into an existing curriculum, The Fairy Garden Series is designed to support foundational scientific thinking through structured, story-driven exploration.

How the Series Is Designed to Work

Each lesson includes:

• A narrative read-aloud story
• A student activity sheet
• A teacher guide
• Vocabulary integration
• Reflection and observation prompts

Lessons are aligned to NGSS (LS, ESS, PS) and Common Core Math standards and are structured to support approximately 40–45 minutes of instructional time.

Instructional Flow Overview

A recommended lesson sequence:

Narrative Read-Aloud (10 minutes)
Guided Discussion (10 minutes)
Activity Sheet & Exploration (15–20 minutes)
Reflection & Observation (5–10 minutes)

This structure encourages inquiry, observation, pattern recognition, and systems thinking while remaining developmentally appropriate for Grades 1–2 learners.
