Well for starterts That project wasn't supposed to be called The Evil Awakens. Originally it was called Sonic.Exe having 4 parts. Sonic.Exe, Sally.Exe. Sonic3.Exe and Round 2.Exe

So why that was removed? Back in 2016 there were many Sonic.Exe games based on the same concept. for example,we've got Sonic.Exe nightmare beginning made by JaizKoys or Sonic.Exe animation made by Tornt. But that was beginning of removing that concept

Anyway, here it is the first part of that concept

As you can see this is alpha version. The first cut scene of The Evil Awakens part2 called Sally.Exe. That was supposed to be extended version of Sonic.exe Even i managed to found some sound files named Cream.exe and sally.exe . In short if I could stick to the previous concept we would have also Cream scene and Sally too. But in the end that part was cancelled. 

That's also cut scene of The Evil Awakens part 5 Powerlessness. As you can see Sonic is not in the burned waterfall. Asuna and Jin were dying, It appears that Exslayer came to them and put on them some kind of curse that drains their lifes. There's no information about the mysterious emerald here. I mean how Sonic was supposed to stop Exslayer? I don't know. Good thing that it didn't appear in the final version because in this concept it wouldn't be sense. They barely appeared just to be killed?

On the original ending of The Evil Awakens we had Sonic last monologue. On The Cut Ending there's supposed to be last conversation between Sonic and Anna. and the departure of Blue hedgehog.

Well that was supposed to be some inspiration by some called game Frozen.Exe

In short She killed Olaf, Kristoff, and Anna. Yeah....Typical Sonic.Exe

she was also supposed to be on The Evil Awakens 2 knowing as Elsa.exe from another dimension.

Once i released a special video showcasing heroes to The Evil Awakens 2. One character that certainly was cut was Demon Sonic. Kinda Dark Sonic with red eyes. He also was suppossed to be in Mugen Project

We have Exslayer, Nero Sauron. Even Sonic's friends will appear on The Evil Awakens 2. But Iori yagami. well... He didn't have chance to show in story. He was supposed to be as powerfull opponent for Jin. Even he appeared on the first Trailer of The Evil Awakens 2 or Opening. Oh well
