Associazione Ekidna
Modena, Italy
Located in the Modena countryside, Associazione Ekidna is a historic pillar of the Italian underground. For decades, it has served as a dedicated sanctuary for DIY shows, festivals, and radical community life.
Entry requires a free membership card.
It can be done easily online here.
We prioritize your wellbeing.
An Awareness Team will be present at all times to handle safety concerns and provide support.Â
Because we recognize that loud environments can be overwhelming, two designated Silence Zones are available for decompression and quiet reflection.
Look out for each other.
There is more to the festival than just the stage. We are finalizing a series of side events designed for learning, reflection, and decompression. The full schedule will be announced soon.
WORKSHOPS IN PROGRESS:
DIY Gear: Build your own effects pedal from scratch.
Morning Yoga: Physical restoration before the noise.
Linoleum Printing: Traditional DIY printmaking techniques.
TALKS:
We will host discussions focused on the Italian underground and provincial life, alongside deep dives into inclusivity and care within our scene.
