If you want to file a complaint, there will be a Google Forms provided for you to fill out so that we will review the problem as fast as possible.
As you fill out the Google Form, you will have to answer each questions with no blank answers. If you want your case to finish ASAP, be specific with your answers. Once your problem is being reviewed, the player that brought trouble will possibly be under recon or questioned by a supervisor or a high ranking member.
Please do not communicate with the reported player until you receive an email on what to do to avoid the situation again with the said bystander,
The President gets the response form as he has the only access to the forms to avoid any manipulation
Depending on the gravity of the report, the President may choose to handle the case himself or assign it to someone else
3a. Once studied, the person assigned will either call for a meeting with the person being complained about or send a message to the complaint sender (via Gmail or Discord) if the case is dismissed due to following reasons (lack of evidence, false evidence, etc.
3b. If the case has strong evidence, the case will be passed on back to the president together will the findings for the final review and he himself will send the message (via Gmail or Discord).
4. If needed, the person who filed a complaint may receive compensation as our apology for the inconvenience.
