🌊ToS, Rules and Other Information:
    ~I have the right to cancel any order so please be kind and patient.Â
  ~Please, PLEASE make sure you have ENOUGH SPACE for your order. I'm happy to deliver in batches or to different alts, just please let me know.Â
~I want you to be happy with your order! If something is wrong, PLEASE contact me via Discord DM's ASAP so I can fix it!
~Hand-in-hand with the rule above, I want to make sure ALL THEMES ABIDE BY THEIR RESPECTIVE MATS, COLORS AND ELEMENT. If you happen to see ANY mistake, please reach out so I can correct those as well!Â
~If there is a theme that has the option to choose mats or elements, I will specify in the slides what I have used.
🌊Order Process:
~Once you have placed your order, I will reach out to you via Discord DM's and give you a confirmation message with your total. If anything is incorrect, please let me know. I will only start on your order when I get a confirmation that everything is correct.
~Your order will then be placed in my Trello along with your order information so I can keep up with progress and sales. You will be able to see my work progress through there as well.
~When your order is complete, I will send another Discord DM letting you know and will friend you on Roblox with one of my alts. It's usually TDPSalesHoldsPickup unless I have several orders and need to move dragons to another alt.
~I will coordinate a time with you to get your order delivered to you, then meet with you in the Underground Auction to complete the transaction via the Player Exchange method. This is where I will place a random item up for the total of your order and then trade you the dragons as soon as said item is bought. I CANNOT give you your order through the auction since all orders will be delivered as babies.
~Once the order is complete, I will unfriend you from Roblox (nothing against you, I promise) so that we don't clutter each other's friends list.
~You will have 5 days after I send you the completion Discord DM to pick up your order. After 5 days, the order will be cancelled. I do get that life happens and if you need an extension, please let me know!
~I totally understand that I get orders from a LOT of different Time Zones. As long as you give a general time in YOUR Time Zone in which you'd be ready for pickup, I'll do whatever I can to help cater to that! Communication and patience is key and I will NOT ghost orders due to a huge time difference. We might play tag for a bit, but I'm always determined to get you your order! If overall you feel like you ultimately can NOT pick up your order, just please say so. I'd be happier if I got a confirmation cancelling your order instead of being ghosted on your end.Â
