The house includes 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a guest bedroom with a sofa that turns into bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare all of your meals, one bathroom with a bathtube and a large living room with a working desk. Finally you can enjoy a meal or a drink on the balcony with the beautiful greenery.
The place is designed for up to four people. Children over 3 years old are welcome for safety reasons. Below, you can find information about the price of your stay.
• Minimum night-stay: 2 nights
• 1 night (1 or 2 people) : €65 per night
• Summer holidays (June, July, August): €70 per night
• Discount on 1 week stay (7 days): 15% discount per week
• Discount on 1 month stay (28 nights): 35% discount per month
• Fee for any additional person over 2, or a child: €10 per night
The prices include
• 24/7 Wifi up to 50mbs
• Air-conditions and Heater panels for winter
• Essentials (towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, shampoo & body soap, hair-dryer)
• 43 inches Smart TV with free Netflix 24/7
• A fully equipped kitchen with a dinner table, a refrigerator, a large oven, a microwave, a coffe maker, a toaster, dishes and cutlery, coffe, sugar, salt, pepper, tea and oil)
• Washing machine
• Iron and Ironing board for clothes
• Cleaning products (Dettol spray, e.t.c.)
• Fireplace in the living room (it works with bioethanol which is €8/lt not included in the price)
House rules
• Maximum number of guests: 4 people.
• Smoking is allowed only outside on the balconies, not inside the house.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Quiet hours: 14:00-17:00 and 23:-08:00.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• Check in: From 14:00 (self check-in with lockbox).
• Check out: Before 12:00.
Payment and cancellation policy
• Down payment 100% (via pay-pal or bank transfer)
A full payment is required in order to confirm the reservation.
• Changing dates: It is possible to change the dates up to 21 days before arrival if the new dates are available.
• Cancellation and refund policy:
- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund.
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund.
