Limited Time for Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer returns within 5 business days of receiving your Doux shipment. Unfortunately, after 5 business days, we can't offer refunds or exchanges.
Conditions for Return
Unused and Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We can only accept exchanges or returns for items damaged during shipping.
Proof of Purchase: Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Damage During Shipping: If your product arrived damaged, send us pictures as proof to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Free Exchanges
We will happily exchange your Doux product for the same item if it arrived damaged during shipping. Please contact us at wearethedoux@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for: We cannot offer refunds for any reason other than damaged products during shipping.
