On behalf of The Door Christian Church, Sahakarnagar, we welcome you. We are a community dedicated to the life-changing power of the Gospel. As you explore our site, you will find information on our ministries and powerful testimonies of how Jesus has transformed the lives of those who have come through our doors.
My wife, Sleena, and I gave our lives to Jesus in our youth. We were discipled and grew in our faith at the Banaswadi Church, our "Mother Church," where we were captivated by the vision of evangelism and church planting.
After years of discipleship and ministry, God placed a clear calling on our lives to preach the Gospel. This journey of faith led us to pioneer our first church in Kochi, Kerala, where we witnessed God’s grace and provision in remarkable ways.
In March 2025, we followed God’s leading to pioneer this new work in Sahakarnagar. We are excited for all that God has in store for North Bangalore. We have seen God work in lost and broken souls—restoring marriages, healing diseases, and setting people free from bondages. We believe that what He has done for others, He can do for you.
We are fuelled by a deep passion for evangelism—reaching those who do not yet know the hope of Christ. A core part of our mission is:
We are dedicated to helping the youth know the Word of God for themselves.
Our goal is to mentor young men and women so they can discover their unique identity and purpose in God.
We believe in raising people up to live for God’s glory and making a tangible impact in the world.
Our vision is global, but the work starts right here in our local church. We remain steadfast in making disciples and equipping couples. Our prayer is that Sahakarnagar will be a place where people find their destiny, and that new churches will one day be birthed out of this congregation to spread the Good News even further.
It is our prayer that you experience the tangible love and presence of God. It changed our lives, and it will surely change yours.
God Bless,
Jaivin Janardan

ABOUT US
The Christian Fellowship Churches
Christian Fellowship Ministries (CFM) is a Pentecostal, Bible-based church fellowship founded in 1970 by Pastor Wayman Mitchell in Prescott, Arizona. The fellowship is made up of born-again believers with a strong focus on evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.
CFM churches actively engage in open-air preaching, personal witnessing, door-to-door outreach, concerts, Christian films, skits, dramas, and other creative expressions to communicate the gospel. Today, Christian Fellowship Ministries is a global movement with over 4,000 churches planted across more than 140 nations, continuing to grow as churches raise leaders and send workers to reach the world with the message of Jesus Christ.
The Indigenous Church
God is restoring the Church to the dignity of its original foundations. The need of the hour is not massive systems or foreign models that feel distant from local realities. What India needs are biblically rooted, locally grounded churches—churches that grow from the soil they are planted in.
In the Bible, every church was a sending base—self-supporting, discipling believers, training leaders, and releasing workers to serve their own communities and beyond. We believe the same model works powerfully today anywhere in the world.
Many see the church as outdated or irrelevant. We believe the opposite. The Church is the Bride of Christ, the bearer of God’s presence, and the pillar of truth. It is the most vital institution in society. Families, communities, and even nations are transformed when the Church lives out its true calling. Jesus is once again showing His Church how to walk in power, simplicity, and obedience.
Evangelism
Jesus’ command to “go into all the world and preach the gospel” still stands. In India—with its villages, cities, languages, and cultures—this command is more relevant than ever.
Evangelism is not an event; it is obedience. When believers step out to share Christ, the Holy Spirit empowers them, and joy follows. Our goal is not just church growth but people meeting Jesus personally.
We place the needs of the lost above comfort and style. As the early church experienced, obedience brings God’s presence, changed lives, and the operation of spiritual gifts that glorify Him.
Maturity Through A Lifestyle
Jesus called people to follow Him completely. Over time, discipleship has often been reduced to attending services or gaining knowledge. We believe maturity comes through living the Word, not just hearing it.
In these challenging times, being a disciple of Jesus is not easy—but it is deeply fulfilling. Our members desire to live out their faith daily: in their homes, workplaces, schools, and communities. They worship sincerely, give generously, serve faithfully, and witness boldly—trusting that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Discipleship
The New Testament church followed Jesus’ model: calling people, walking with them, training them by example, and releasing them into ministry. The book of Acts shows what happens when ordinary people take discipleship seriously.
Our vision is to restore this biblical pattern in India. Churches are planted, leaders are raised locally, and believers are empowered to serve according to God’s calling on their lives. Every church exists not just to gather people, but to make disciples.
We believe in the active working of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and encourage believers to discover and express their God-given purpose for the building of the Church.
Prayer
Prayer is not optional—it is essential. Daily prayer is a normal part of church life. In a land as spiritually diverse as India, prayer is our battlefield and our strength.
Without prayer, the Church loses power, direction, and sensitivity to God. We believe God’s Kingdom is built by His power, not human effort. Therefore, we give priority to seeking His presence and obeying His leading.
Preaching
The Bible is our guide, and preaching is God’s chosen way to shape lives. Clear, honest, and Spirit-filled preaching has always brought transformation.
In a time when commitment is often shallow, many look for easy messages. We believe God is raising a people in India who hunger for truth. Our worship is centered on the preaching of God’s Word, trusting that it will convict, heal, restore, and equip believers for life and service.
Family
The family is God’s first design and the foundation of a healthy society. Today, Indian families face immense pressure—from busyness, broken relationships, and competing values.
We believe the local church plays a key role in strengthening families. While we minister to children and youth, we believe the heart of family transformation lies with the parents. When parents follow Jesus sincerely, faith naturally flows to the next generation.
A strong church brings unity, purpose, and spiritual direction to families—and becomes the base for a genuine move of God.
An Invitation
We invite you to worship with us—to pray, fellowship, and hear the Word of God. Some expressions of worship may feel different from what you are used to, but we encourage you to examine the Scriptures and discover God’s design for His Church.
These are days of restoration. Jesus is preparing His people for His return. We invite you to walk with us in faith and obedience, so that we may hear Him say,
“Well done, good and faithful servant.”
