With BSc(Hons),B.Ed,DISM  (Diploma in System Management )   started the journey to explore the field of Education and teaching .Initially worked in The Azad Matriculation School , Coimbatore . Also elected as President of Geography Association in Bhartihar University , Coimbatore and played many key roles in College too. Received prestigious award titled "Padmavati Prabhu Memorial Award " of the University. Also acquired computer skills through the Aptech Institute. Then moved to Bhopal and worked as TGT with the prestigious Mount Carmel School (Bhopal),  St Joseph Co-Ed School (Bhopal), Sagar Public School (Bhopal ) and thereby gaining an experience of 16 years . 

All the way through there was a feeling of missing links and much needed care required by tiny tots in early childhood education . To fulfill the same i quit and started my journey . It was felt each and every child is unique and divine and hence the name "The Divine Juniors". Uniqueness and divinehood of the child needs to be nurtured and cared.  It was felt and learned once the child conciousness is developed  learning in all spheres is a an enjoyment and celebrations. It makes them independent so as to stand on their own feet , there is an inner urge in the child to drive and lead . It brings spontaneous and natural development in child . Thus we are excited and dedicated to bring innovative ways of learning for tiny tots which makes them comfortable and bring all round development in them. 

Also we are inspired by Montessori methods  to provide our children with best education possible , to nurture their uique abilities leading to their lifetime success and fulfillment. We respect each and every child . We see the divinity within the child and genuinely embraces the child's individuality and sparks their innate love for learning and growth. We believe the awakening of child's conciousness leads to the transformative power. We  make the child's growth in harmony with the nature. 

The institute is also aimed to serve as a  Center of Excellence for Music,Song , Dance , Spoken English , Arts and Yoga .
