My Love for cooking and creating delicious dishes all began in the kitchen side by side with my loving, creative, and artistic Mom. Her creativity has influenced the presentation of my dishes as well as the decorating of my cakes. She taught me the basic concept of cooking and preparing a delicious meal. My Mom taught me how to create a dish with love in every bite. My family and friends always encouraged me to turn my passion for cooking into a business. Later I developed a love for baking. As the years went by, working in the corporate world I realized I was unhappy with the stress and demands of a business office. I was happy in the kitchen making delicious dishes and delectable desserts. I decided I wanted to start a catering business. It all started with my signature dessert the Khalua Dream Bar. For the Christmas holiday I prepared the Khalua Dream Bar for my colleagues and everyone loved them so much they wanted the recipe. I decided that would be the perfect opportunity to market them. Several weeks later I expanded my dessert menu and created a specialty dish menu. I have been in business since 2007.
