Generally, I am working my way down my list of orders and will not reach out to new orders right away. If you have not heard from me within 5 business days, please contact me via PM/DM to double check.

I typically ask for two weeks notice for custom items. If you need something sooner than two weeks please contact me asap so that we can discuss what you would like. A rush fee may be applied to your order.

There are few things that need to be considered in order for an item to embroidered on.

The material should have a "tight weave" like cotton, linen, or canvas. Fabric that is thin and/or stretchy may pucker or pull when stitched on.

If you would like embroidery on a pocket of a shirt, tote or backpack, please consider the size of the opening. I will need to put the item on my embroidery hoop without any of the other material getting under the needle. In some cases, with the customer's approval, I will stitch through the front and back of the pocket, which closes the pocket. Consider the size of the opening for stockings as well.

If you would like the logo embroidered, I need it to be digitized in a stitchable format. Preferabbly .pes

If you would like your logo done in vinyl, it is easiest to convert it to a cut file if it is black and white.

Colorful or very detailed logos could be put on certain items using the Wynkie method. Please contact me to discuss this. ;)

Yes :P I created the order forms a few years ago because I could not keep track of the texts, personal PMs/DMs, comments, or verbal requests for items. Using the order forms helps me remember all the little things about your request! :) I know filling it out can be a pain sometimes but I realllllllly appreciate it!
