Welcome to The Coulee Bakery, a small home bakery located on Daggett Coulee Rd in Whitehall, Wisconsin.
Hi, I’m Camryn Faldet, the baker behind everything here. I originally started baking just as a hobby, but it didn’t take long before I realized I wanted to turn it into something more. The Coulee Bakery is my way of sharing something I genuinely love doing with other people.
I specialize in sourdough-based products and really enjoy the process that goes into making them, but I also offer a variety of other baked goods. Whether you’re looking for something classic or something a little different, I try to keep options available for everyone.
I take both custom orders and offer set menu items, so you can either request something specific or choose from what’s already available.
Thanks so much for supporting my bakery. It honestly means a lot to me. :)
My Supervisors 🐾
No bakery runs without a good team, and mine just happens to have six very opinionated supervisors.
Harry (orange) and Leia (grey) are the senior members of the group at 13 and 11 years old. They’ve been around the longest and like to act like they’re in charge (and honestly, they probably are).
Tina (tabby) is the fluffy, friendly one who’s always nearby and ready to “help,” especially if that means being in the middle of everything.
Then there are the younger three, Huey (white with orange spots), Dewey (orange), and Louise (torti). They’re siblings and about 7 months old, bringing plenty of energy and chaos to the bakery. They’re named after the DuckTales triplets, which fits their personalities pretty well.
While they may not actually do any baking, they’re always close by, supervising, taste-testing in spirit, and making sure things stay interesting around here.
