When will my order ship?

To ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible, we ship every Monday. All orders received by 6 pm Thursday (EST) will ship out the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are sent via DHL and USPS Priority shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received. 

What if I accidentally input the wrong shipping address?

Please email us at thecookiekingmiami@gmail.com, as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

What is your Return/Refund Policy? 

We are unable to accept returns. If you experienced an issue with your order, please email us at thecookiekingmiami@gmail.com.

How can I reheat my cookies? 

We recommend to place cookies in a preheated 350° degree oven for 5 minutes. Allow them to cool for an additional 3-5 minutes before consuming.
