A professional development and entrepreneurial incubator program for BIPOC women in STEM.
The AAC&U Convergence Program is a uniquely designed professional development program aimed at disrupting damaging patterns of gender exclusion in STEM by supporting and spotlighting the innovations of BIPOC women. Convergence takes a holistic approach to entrepreneurship, prioritizing professional development and centering wellbeing.
Ten Convergence Fellows will be selected to receive:

THE CONVERGENCE CURRICULUM
The yearlong Convergence Program includes regularly-scheduled virtual sessions where Fellows are able to critically explore and engage in didactic learning, hands-on practice, and interactions with experienced incubator developers, other BIPOC women, and noted experts from across the country.
