SUBMIT CONTENT TO THE COMMUNITY CHRONICLE
Covering events in March, April & May
The Community Chronicle of Lebanon Township is a quarterly, full-color digital newsletter with embedded links providing information about local current events & items of historical interest to the residents & businesses of Lebanon Township and surrounding areas. Local non-profits & community organizations are encouraged to submit articles & notices of events free of charge. Donations for business advertising defer the cost of publication and support the preservation work of The Squiers Point Historians. No political, campaign, or issue advertising is accepted and no opinion pieces or editorials will be included.
Anyone can subscribe to the Community Chronicle for free and receive each new issue directly in their email inbox. A link to each new issue is posted on social media. The web address to find each issue will be provided, through a direct mail postcard campaign, to 2200 addresses in Lebanon Township reaching an estimated 6000 residents.
Submissions for the SUMMER issue are due on May 1st for publication on June 1st, covering events occurring in June, July and August.
Submissions for the FALL issue are due on August 1st for publication on September 1st covering events occurring in September, October and November.
Submissions for the WINTER issue are due on November 1st for publication on December 1st covering events occurring in December, January and February.
Submissions for the Spring issue are due on February 1st for publication on March 1st covering events occurring in March, April and May.
Guidelines for free submissions are as follows:
Please email articles and images to: communitychronicleeditor@gmail.com and include ARTICLE in the subject line.
Articles should be submitted as Word or Google Docs. Images should be JPEG files. Please do not submit items in PDF.
The ideal word count for an article is between 200 and 300 words, supporting the effort to produce a newsletter that complies with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) recommendations.
Please include an image or photo related to your article
Please include any digital links for your organization.
Guidelines for submitting advertisements are as follows:
Please email your advertisements to: communitychronicleeditor@gmail.com and include ADVERTISEMENT in the subject line.
Please submit your full-color files in JPEG or PNG format. Please do not submit content in PDF files.
Please include the digital link you would like your advertisement to connect to.
You will be emailed a digital invoice when your advertisement is submitted for the issue. Payment is due by the publication date.

Full Page: 7 ½” W x 9 5/8” H - $250.00
If you need design assistance with your advertisement, please request support a week before the submission deadline.
