The Colony Unit Four    Community Association, Inc.

If you are new to the Lexington area, you may find at times there can be some confusion among the various neighborhood associations, difficulty understanding how they may overlap,  and uncertainty of knowing which HOA you should contact for your specific home address. For example, The Colony actually has two separate neighborhood associations.  Over the years, they have been fondly referred to as "Old Colony" which is primarily the original section of the neighborhood as you enter from Versailles Road,  and "New Colony" which includes sections of homes towards the back of the neighborhood on Standish Way, Plymouth Rock Court, and John Alden Lane.  We are occasionally referred to as the "New Colony" sections if your home is located in The Colony neighborhood.  Our HOA also includes homes on Cape Cod Circle, which is the neighborhood of Parkers Landing off Parkers Mill Road.  If you're not sure who to contact....don't fret!  The neighborhood associations communicate with each other and we are here to help point you in the right direction.
