Attention: Important Booking Information.
Important Information: Melissa is not accepting in-person bookings starting October 30, 2026 going until February 1, 2027. You are welcome to schedule a Video Session anytime after Dec. 3, 2026.
Booking Policies:
- Payment: Once your booking request is received, you will be redirected to a payment link. Full payment is required for the service booking to be completed. If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will not be on the calendar. **Email with requests for alternative payment options.**
- Cancellations: You may cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a voucher for a future session. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will forfeit both the payment and voucher.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show or call 15 mins past the appointment start time, the appointment will be considered a No-call/ No-show - which will forfeit a refund for any payments received.
Exceptions to these policies may be considered for extenuating circumstances or emergencies. If emailed and notified.
The Wulfe Pack, Referral Program: As long as you have participated in one session with Melissa, you are in! For every person you refer who books and completes a session with Melissa you will receive a 30 minute complementary time voucher with Melissa to use towards future sessions. The voucher does not expire and can be combined with other voucher. You can also transfer your voucher to a friend. You will receive an email with your voucher once you have had a successful referral.

Community Pack Program: Melissa is offering up to three sessions a month, donated for free, to the community at large. If you would like an introduction to body work, or you have an acute or chronic issues with pain, either it being mental, physical, neurological, ect; but cannot afford to see a bodyworker or therapist, this is for you. Please fill out the Community Pack Application to be considered. Please completely and accurately fill out the application for your request to be considered. You will be contacted for further information as need, or if chosen. Please understand that this is done on a case by case evaluation; and also based off of the time Melissa has available.
