Attention: Important Booking Information.
Booking Policies:
Once your booking request is received you will be sent a link to make your payment. Fully payment for the service requested is required. If payment is not received with in 24 hours, you will not have an appointment.
Cancelation: You may cancel within 72 hours and be given a voucher for a future session. If canceling in less than 72 hours your payment and voucher are void.
No call/no show your payment will be void.
These policies can be discussed for extenuating circumstances/emergences.
The Wulfe Pack, Referral Program: As long as you have participated in one session with Melissa, you are in! For every person you refer who books and completes a session with Melissa you will receive a 30 minute complementary time voucher with Melissa to use towards future sessions. The voucher does not expire and can be combined with other voucher. You can also transfer your voucher to a friend. You will receive an email with your voucher once you have had a successful referral.

Community Pack Program: Melissa is offering up to three sessions a month, donated for free, to the community at large. If you would like an introduction to body work, or you have an acute or chronic issues with pain, either it being mental, physical, neurological, ect; but cannot afford to see a bodyworker or therapist, this is for you. Please fill out the Community Pack Application to be considered. Please completely and accurately fill out the application for your request to be considered. You will be contacted for further information as need, or if chosen. Please understand that this is done on a case by case evaluation; and also based off of the time Melissa has available.
