This Terms of Use and User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of The CodersHub mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by The CodersHub, Nashik, Maharashtra, India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing or using the Service, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, You must not use the Service.
The CodersHub is a user-generated content and communication platform intended for developers and technical communities.
The Service enables users to:
Publish posts and stories
Like and comment on content
Participate in open and group chats
Send direct messages
Read third-party and internal news content
Manage profiles, settings, and account credentials
The Company does not pre-screen all content and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of user-generated material.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of the content You create and upload (“User Content”).
By posting or uploading content, You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
This license continues until Your content is deleted or Your account is terminated, subject to technical and legal retention requirements.
We reserve the absolute right, without prior notice, to:
Remove, edit, restrict, or disable access to any User Content
Correct misleading or false information
Suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts
Cooperate with law enforcement when required
We are not obligated to provide justification for moderation actions.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Post or transmit abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content
Share defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent information
Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
Impersonate any person or entity
Distribute malware, spam, or automated messages
Exploit or harm other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation may result in immediate termination.
The CodersHub provides open community chats and direct messaging.
Messages and interactions are user-to-user, and the Company is not a party to these communications.
The Service does not currently support user-level blocking.
If You encounter abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior:
You must report the issue via the Contact Us feature
The Company will review and take action, including blocking or removing users
Failure to report does not create liability for the Company.

The Company:
Does not endorse third-party content
Is not responsible for accuracy or reliability
Is not liable for damages arising from third-party services
Use third-party platforms at your own risk.
User data is processed using Firebase for authentication, database management, analytics, and infrastructure.
Media content may be stored using secure cloud-based storage providers.
The Company does not sell personal data.
All data handling is governed by Our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate Your account if:
You violate this Agreement
Your activity poses risk to users or the platform
Required by law or government authorities
Termination may result in loss of access to content, messages, and data.
All trademarks, branding, logos, and platform design are the exclusive property of the Company.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform assets without permission.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
We make no warranties, including but not limited to:
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Accuracy of user content
Security or reliability
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
User-generated content
User interactions or disputes
Loss of data or messages
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by You to the Company (if applicable).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your content or conduct
We may modify this Agreement at any time.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Maharashtra.
