Usually, alterations don't take very long. I typically contact you the next day to pick up your order. Sometimes I can contact you the same day - it depends on the amount of work.

No appointment is necessary.
Just contact me using the phone number on the Contact page, and we'll arrange a time for you to bring in your garment for altering or repairing.

Yes, I do work with delicate fabrics. For special fabrics, I'll message you directly to confirm if I can handle it. You can also send me a picture of the item you want altered or repaired beforehand.

I can alter last-minute outfits and will do my best to complete them on the same day whenever possible.
