501cX (3,4,etc)

This page has IRS and MA DLS relevant informational documents to clarify that 501c organizations can take a position on a MA Ballot Questions.  Such as the Nov 3rd, 2026 Vote to Repeal Chapter 135  related laws.  The Civil Rights Coalition recommends that all firearm owners to Vote NO, to Repeal Chapter 135. We recommend all clubs,  MA/NE NGOs, and supportive groups to cascade the request to get out and vote.
