Lash Appointment Policy

1. Booking Policy

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of at least  $32.66 to secure your slot. The $30 deposit WILL go toward your total service cost (the $2.66 is a transaction fee with taxes included wont be deducted).

• Appointments can be booked through the booking site or text 929-305-2399 your full name , desire set , email, phone number , desire date and we will book it for you! Must send deposit within 10 mins to avoid cancellation.

2. Late Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10  minutes is allowed (MUST BE ON LASH BED WITHIN 10 MINS ) After 10 minutes, a late fee of $15 will be added to your total.

• Arrivals beyond 20  minutes late may result in a canceled appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the service because of no show. OR ARRIVAL BEYOND 20 MINS IF CONSULTED WITH YOUR LASH TECH YOU WILL BE GIVEN A PRICE IF SHE STILL TAKES YOU AFTER 20 MINS 

-WHEN YOU'RE LATE FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPFRONT  no exceptions

3. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying $25 rescheduling fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in ONLY losing your deposit  and you wont be charged the service fee.

4. No-Show Policy

• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 50% of the service cost to rebook.

5. Payment Policy

• The remaining balance is due at the end of your service. Payments can be made via [EXACT CASH or  CASH APP($3 fee) ].

6. Refill Policy

• Refills are for clients who have at least 60% of their lash extensions remaining. If your lashes fall below this, you will be charged for a full set. (IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT 60% COVERAGE LOOK LIKE DM A PCITURE) (IF YOU COME IN AND YOUR LASHES ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FULL SET )

• Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks for optimal retention.

7. Health & Safety Policy

• Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup and oil if not can be charged $10-$25 extra fee 

• Clients with eye infections or irritations will not be serviced.

• If you have allergies or sensitivities, a patch test can be done 24-48 hours before your appointment.

8. Guest Policy

• For safety and comfort, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed during your appointment unless consulted with me at first.

9. Refund Policy

• Services are non-refundable.(Only if we have to reschedule /cancel) However, if there are any issues with your lashes, please contact us within  24hrs to schedule a complimentary fix.
