Aldo plays the drums (!) and occasionally likes to confuse people dancing. Can be seen playing a vibraphone on the rare occasion.
Paul is our bassist extraordinaire and holds it down like nobody's business.
Ed plays a variety of mouthpieced instruments, mostly brass.
Mike "Dirty P", Mr. "Winetop" Perkins always come through to save the day with a harmonic deluge. Ask him about sythesizers.
Damien has been playing guitar since before the age of eight. His first teacher, Dad, introduced him to some basic Texas Blues Riffs and conjuntos. Raised in Central Texas, Damien brought that Hill Country Twang to Chicago in his search for the right band. During that search, Damien found himself playing brass instruments in an official capacity for the United States Marine Corps Band in Quantico. While the guitar was secondary in that period, he kept the blues close to his heart. After a brief stint as a Marine Musician, Damien returned to Chicago and completed his education to become a classroom teacher in Dallas. There was a beta version of the Misters in this timeline. Some audio exists from that dimension and shows considerable promise. Alas, Chicago was meant to be the home base of operations for the current lineup of The Misters. Since 2019, this current incarnation has played some very exciting events opening for Isaiah Sharkey (of John Mayer) and Jim Peterik (Survivor, Ides of March). Damien has made musical connections on stage with Carmine Appice (Vanilla Fudge) and Christine Ohlman, the Beehive Queen (SNL Vocalist). In Spring of 2025, Damien completed a Master of Arts in Guitar Applied Pedagogy. Damien manages The Misters from the mic alongside other projects such as Dimas: Homegrown Roots and Blues, a project started with Damien's dad, Ruben, and his Uncle Orlando. When the occasion calls for it, you can find Damien performing solo with an acoustic guitar or supporting his daughter in her musical endeavors. Meanwhile, as Damien and The Misters work from stage to stage, he spends his days educating public school students and enjoying time with his family.
