All donations go a long way and are greatly appreciated!
Based in Collier County, the Cerisano Fund is a nonprofit fundraiser that is working to combat hygienic poverty by collaborating with and donating to local nonprofits and grassroots organizations to expand access to basic hygiene and menstrual products to the less fortunate. We are dedicated to boosting the confidence of those in need through sanitary measures and community support. With your generous donations, we are able to purchase basic hygienic and menstrual products, such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, tampons, and pads (see product list for more detailed information). We directly drop off the products to local, trusted nonprofits, such as St. Matthews House and United Way of Lee County (see our partners for more information). With a focus on promoting dignity and empowerment, this nonprofit fundraiser is not only improving the health and wellbeing of those it serves, but also helping to build stronger and more resilient communities. This organization will operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and its activities will be carried out with transparency and accountability. We agree to work collaboratively, utilizing our funds entirely to those in need.
In Collier County, 41,222 people are living below the poverty line, and in Lee County, 88,294 people are living below the poverty line. Our people in low income situations often face a lack of access to hygienic and menstrual products. The combination of poverty, stigmatization, and inadequate health education has major consequences for the health and well-being of the unfortunate. Without proper sanitation supplies, they may resort to using uncleanly and dangerous alternatives.
The Cerisano Fund's mission is to create and cultivate local partnerships to put an end to hygienic insecurity and poverty. Our goal is to donate at least 15,000 hygienic and menstrual products to our communities in need by the end of 2025.
