About Us

We’re a cat-loving couple who’ve both grown up with cats and truly understand their little quirks, moods, and routines. We used to have three of our own, and while they now live happily with our families, we still miss having furry company around, which is how The Cat Cottage began.

When we went on holiday in the past, we realised how hard it is to find a comfortable place for cats that isn’t a cage or noisy cattery. We wanted to offer a calm, homely alternative. A space where cats can rest, play, and feel safe while their owners are away.

We only host cats from one family at a time, so your cat gets our full attention and never has to share space with unfamiliar animals.

If you’re looking for a safe, loving place for your cat to stay while you’re away, we’d love to welcome them to The Cat Cottage.

Fill out the short booking form below to tell us about your cat.

Drop-Off Day
For the full duration of your cats stay, bring their food, litter, litter box, bed, scratcher and any favourite toys; the more familiar items the better. (we provide treats!)

During the Stay
Your cat will enjoy a quiet, pet-free apartment with plenty of love and attention. We’re happy to send photo or video updates so you can check in while you’re away.

Pick-Up
We’ll organise a time that suits you, share a little update on how they went, and make sure everything’s ready for a smooth handover.

Pricing

🐾 $30 per day - for one cat (2–3 week stays)
🐾 $35 per day - total for two cats from the same household

For stays of more than 4 weeks, or more cats, we’re happy to discuss a discounted rate.

A deposit of $60 (covering the first two days) is required to secure your booking. This helps us lock in your dates and make sure your cat has a guaranteed spot.

Rest of payment is made on drop-off day
